This needs to be updated.
The storage model must be updated to reflect that a model now exists for each position in the yeast protein alignments. The sitewise evolutionary rate must then be estimated and and then correctly attached to corresponding alignment position.

Update the sitewise evolutionary rate model, so that codeml generated evolutionary rate data can be added to the database.
